Slow Cooker Pineapple Brown Sugar Ham

The holidays are coming soon and this Slow Cooker Pineapple Brown Sugar Ham is calling your name. Trust me on this one friends, it’s so simple and delicious. Perfect enough to feed a large crowd or a great food to make for plenty of leftovers.

If you love the taste of sweet pineapple with brown sugar ham, this flavor combination is perfection. And while it’s so simple to make, it doesn’t taste like it is. Once you make up this delicious slow cooker meal, your family and friends are going to be lining up for more.

While this is often thought of as a holiday dish, you can literally make this any time of the year as well. And if you make this up and have leftovers, they freeze really well, too!

Slow Cooker Pineapple Brown Sugar Ham

You just won’t find a slow cooker recipe that’s more simple than this. The taste of pineapple and brown sugar will have you coming back for “just one more bite”.

This is perfect for Thanksgiving meals, Christmas gatherings or an awesome weeknight meal. You’ll love the ease of whipping up this delicious meal.

Ingredients needed for slow cooker ham:

  • 2 cups brown sugar, divided
  • 7-8 lb fully cooked bone-in spiral cut ham
  • 20 oz can pineapple slices

How to make slow cooker brown sugar ham:

Sprinkle half of the brown sugar in the bottom of a slow cooker large enough to hold your ham.

Pour the juice from the canned pineapple over the brown sugar and arrange half of the slices over the brown sugar.

Then place the ham in the slow cooker.

Sprinkle with remaining brown sugar making sure to get some between the slices.

Top it off by arranging the remaining pineapple slices over the ham.

Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 4 hours.
