  • 1 3/4  cups blended whole roasted red pepper

HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER LITTLE SMOKIES

Add your honey, Webber seasoning and Worchesire Sauce into a pot on the stove top and bring to a slow boil.
Once boiling, remove from stove and let cool. Blend together your new mix, your roasted red pepper and your avocado oil to form a BBQ sauce consistency.
Once blended, add to your crockpot and add in your package of little smokies. (This doesn’t make a large serving so if you are wanting to feed a crowd, you’ll need to double or triple the ingredients shown.)
Cook on high in your crockpot for about an hour and check the temperature and taste. You may need to stir here and there to move around the BBQ mixture and keep the little smokies covered.
With the little smokies being fully cooked, you need to make certain that they are heated thoroughly for the best taste and flavor. Once they are hot, you can reduce the temperature of your crockpot to low or keep warm, depending on your preference. Again, this recipe only applies when using full cooked little smokies.
With those few steps and ingredients, you’ll have an amazing appetizer to enjoy with all your family and friends!
