HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER INFUSED BEEF TALLOW

Add all the ingredients together into your slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours. Leave the lid on during this process.

Once all the flavors are infused together well, use a strainer and pour the infused tallow through it into a glass jar. The strainer will keep out any herbs that didn’t get cooked down.

While the beef tallow is hot, it will be yellow but once it cools it will start to solidify.
